By using swagg.studio you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Who provides the services
swagg.studio is operated by SWAGG INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., registered with the Romanian Trade Register under number J2026043198009, VAT ID 55145637, EUID ROONRC.J2026043198009. Contact: hello@swagg.studio.
2. What SWAGG is
SWAGG is an AI creation studio offering subscription-based services: web and app development, AI software, AI-generated images and video, branding and copywriting. Work is delivered through an internal board, in the order requests come in.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Services are contracted on a monthly subscription basis, at the prices shown on the Packages page. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can pause or cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current paid period; no refunds are given for a period already started, except where required by law.
4. How delivery works
Once your subscription is active, you submit requests through the board. We take them in order and deliver within the range stated for your plan. The number of concurrent active requests depends on your plan. We offer revisions until you're happy, within the reasonable scope of the original request.
5. Ownership rights
Upon full payment of the subscription for the relevant period, rights to the final deliverables created specifically for you pass to you. We reserve the right to feature the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. Tools, workflows and reusable components remain ours.
6. Your obligations
You agree to provide the materials and information we need, to hold the rights to any content you give us, and not to use the services for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
7. Liability
We strive to deliver at the highest level, but services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid in your last subscription month. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
8. Booking calls
Booking a call through the site creates no payment obligation. It's a free, no-commitment conversation to see whether we're a fit.
9. Dispute resolution
We want to resolve any concern directly and amicably — write to hello@swagg.studio. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the Romanian consumer authority (ANPC, anpc.ro). Romanian law applies to these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available here, with the last-updated date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
