What's included in social media management?

We create the content from scratch, from your brand: graphics, carousels, reels and stories, with captions and hashtags written for each platform. Images and video are generated and finished with AI at each platform's native resolution, so nothing looks blurry on a phone.

Every file goes through a check before it's sent out: resolution, sound, text. If it fails, it doesn't get published. Posts are scheduled and published automatically, and we check what goes out.

Our prices are fixed and public. No ‘it depends’, no quote after three calls:

Social Start, €99/mo: 8 posts a month on one platform, your Facebook page for example, scheduled automatically.
Social Pro, €390/mo: 20 posts a month (16 graphics and 4 reels) on up to 3 platforms, with a monthly report.
Social Max, €790/mo: 30 posts, 8 reels and 12 stories a month on up to 6 platforms, with a monthly report.
Optional extras: an extra platform is €49/mo, an extra reel a month is €49/mo.

Instagram content for business: what do we make?

Carousels that explain a service in a few frames, short reels, product images in new scenes without a photo shoot, and stories. All in your brand's colours and tone of voice, not templates you'll spot on ten other businesses.

We start from what you already have: your website, products, photos and video. From those we build the visual direction and the first weeks of posts. If we use an AI-generated presenter, the video is labelled as AI, and we never make up testimonials.

We run the same system on SWAGG's own accounts: posts are scheduled from the calendar and go out automatically, without anyone opening a phone.

Which platforms do we publish on?

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. The same content is adapted to each network: the format, the caption and the length of the clip.

You connect each account once, through the platform's official authorisation. You never share your password, and you can revoke access at any time from your account settings.

Which plan is right for you?

Choose by how often you want to show up and on how many platforms. Not sure? Start small: you can move up a plan at any time.

Social Start: you want your page to stop looking abandoned. One platform, roughly two posts a week.

How quickly can we start?

Social Start starts in 5 days, Social Pro the same, and Social Max starts in 7 days. In that time we gather your materials, set the visual direction and fill the calendar.

You connect your accounts once and answer a few questions about what you sell and who to. The rest runs by itself. You can see what's coming up and ask for changes before it goes out.

Hire a social media manager or go with a fixed plan?

Hiring a social media manager means a salary, holidays, paid software and a single pair of hands. With us you pay a fixed plan, with the volume written into your proposal, and you can stop it with 30 days' notice. The price is final: we're not VAT-registered.

The plans cover content and publishing. Replying to comments and messages isn't part of them, so we discuss it separately. For messages on your website or WhatsApp, there's also our AI receptionist.

The accounts stay yours throughout; we just publish to them. If we part ways, there's nothing to change: you simply revoke access.

Yes. You can see what's coming up in the calendar and ask for changes before anything goes out. If you'd rather not look at all, the system runs on its own, and we check every file for resolution, sound and text. Anything that fails the check doesn't get published.

Yes, for images, video and first drafts of the captions. Everything is finished at the platform's native resolution and checked by us before it goes out. If a video uses an AI-generated presenter, it's labelled as AI. We never invent testimonials or show customers who don't exist.

No. Our monthly services have no minimum term: cancel with 30 days' notice, no penalties. You can move up to a bigger plan at any time. Everything from proposal to reservation to kick-off happens online. Prices are final, with no VAT added, as we're not VAT-registered.

Not in the social media plans, which cover organic content only. If you want ads too, Marketing on autopilot combines Social Pro and Ads Pro for €649/mo. You pay the ad budget separately, straight to Meta or Google, and you decide how much.

Tell us what isn't working and we'll adjust the direction: the colours, the tone, the type of posts. That's why you can see the calendar before anything goes out. If it still isn't right for you, cancel with 30 days' notice, no penalties and no long conversations.
