This policy explains what personal data we collect through swagg.studio, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. The data controller is SWAGG INTERNATIONAL S.R.L.
1. Who we are
The controller of your data is SWAGG INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., based in Romania, registered with the Trade Register under number J2026043198009, VAT ID 55145637. You can reach us anytime at hello@swagg.studio.
2. What we collect
We only collect data you give us directly: through the contact form (name, email, company, estimated budget, service of interest and your message), through newsletter sign-up (email address), and when you book a call (name, email and optionally project details). We don't collect sensitive data and we don't buy contact lists.
3. Why we use it
We use your data solely to respond to your requests, schedule and confirm calls, send you the newsletter if you subscribed, and keep a record of business enquiries. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to a business request (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your data. We process it through providers that help us operate: Supabase (secure data storage, EU servers), Resend (sending emails), Vercel (site hosting) and, for calls, Google (Calendar and Meet). Each acts as a processor under confidentiality obligations.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact messages and leads for as long as needed to respond and manage a possible collaboration, then delete or anonymise them. We keep your newsletter address until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe anytime, from any email or by writing to us.
6. Cookies
swagg.studio uses no tracking, advertising or profiling cookies. That's why we don't show a cookie banner. We only use the technical storage strictly necessary for the site to work (language preference, app functionality).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent anytime. For any request, write to hello@swagg.studio — we respond within 30 days at most. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
8. Security
Data is stored encrypted, with restricted access. No outside party can read our contact list — access is limited by strict database-level rules.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available here, with the last-updated date at the top.
